Company Beliefs

We believe that businesses should establish certain standards of operation that embrace principles of integrity, fairness, opportunity for all and dedication to customers. We pledge to operate our business by applying these principles to every activity. We will strive to expand our client and customer base to those employer clients and customers who believe in the same principles.

We will exert every effort to use vendors who also conduct their business in the same manner and to seek out and patronize vendors who are owned and operated by minorities, disabled or other disadvantaged individuals.

Principles
  • We will conduct all business on behalf of our clients and customers with full disclosure and openness, operating with the highest standards of ethical behavior.
  • We will hire, develop and promote our employees by meeting, and whenever possible, exceeding the standards set by our formal affirmative action hiring and promotion policies. Affirmative Action embraces principles of development for women, minority, disabled employees and other disadvantaged individuals.
  • We will provide a confidential Employee Protection Hotline for employees to notify Management of any wrongdoing, including but not limited to sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and unsafe acts. We will take any and all action necessary to remedy.
  • We will abide by the spirit of federal and state legislation mandating the privacy and confidentiality of the data we process and store, including, but not limited to the privacy standards incorporated within the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, as amended.
  • We will achieve continuous improvement in every aspect of our business through a commitment to Total Quality Management.
  • We guarantee our clients’ satisfaction. If they are not satisfied, they can tell us and we will correct any problem within 30 days at our expense. If they are still dissatisfied after the 30 days, they may terminate our contract immediately. We will turn over all records to a new administrator and—at our expense—facilitate the transition. We will refund all fees for the 60-day period prior to termination.
  • We will be responsible corporate citizens and pursue all reasonable means to promote recycling, energy conservation and other activities that preserve and protect our environment.
  • We will pay a fair wage that is competitive with other employers in our community and is consistent with a fair price being charged to our clients and customers. We will reward employees based on meeting business objectives and client’s and customer’s requirements on both a department and team basis.
  • We will provide our employees an opportunity to share in the profits and growth of the company.
  • We will offer our employees a comprehensive fringe benefits package and make a meaningful employer contribution for the cost of these programs.
  • We will exert best efforts to maintain a drug and smoke-free, healthy and security-controlled building environment. We will support employee wellness through employer paid programs.
  • We will train employees, provide programs to improve their job and non-job specific skills and provide career counseling to facilitate career advancement. We will, whenever possible, promote from within.
  • We will continually cross-train employees and encourage them to expand their total job knowledge and experience to prepare them to fill alternative internal positions in the event of future business or economic changes.
  • We will promote and recognize a self-governed Employee Team, open to all employees, which serves as a liaison to Management.
  • We will donate 1% of profits to charitable and community organizations. We will be direct contributors (not through intermediaries) to non-profit organizations whose primary objective is to help disadvantaged people. We will also encourage and support employee participation and activities in related areas. An employee team will be authorized to determine the direction and scope of the company’s participation on an annual basis. Contribution preference will be given to programs which include voluntary employee contributions and participation.
  • We will participate in community development programs sponsored by our non-profit clients.
  • We will foster open communication throughout our organization and maintain an open door policy among employees and managers in regard to all internal corporate information including full disclosure of internal financial information.
